Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

PathFactory is being used by our marketing team to create a more seamless user experience with our content initiatives. We are using the platform to help convert leads into our marketing funnel and engaging users based on their awareness level, persona, content interests, and more. We are able to make a customized approach to how we group and display all of our content. Using PathFactory's analytics, we can make educated decisions based on all of the intuitive data it provides.
  • Great functionality with intuitive analytics. We are able to make educated decisions based on the engagement data with various content tracks.
  • Ease of use and integration capability with 3rd party marketing automation software. Our team is able to convert and track leads from PathFactory and funnel them into Marketo.
  • Good search functionality within the content platform. We have a lot of content and I never have issues locating any piece.
  • Embedding tracks into WordPress is more of a manual overhaul and can be time consuming.
  • It takes time to adjust to the platform and connect all of our 3rd party integration software.
  • If you share tracks for email tracking purposes, there are security concerns since the URL contains the email address. We don't use that functionality because of it.
  • Our marketing team has been able to report extensive data from the analytics and engagement with various content. That has helped is focus in on and promote specific tracks that are bringing in more leads and to report that back to sales.
  • We are able to create a much better user experience for our resource center by using the explore track option. No users can search and find tailored content easier than before.
  • PathFactory has helped our team to qualify leads based on engagement scores with our content, which has been very useful for our sales efforts.
With PathFactory, our marketing team is able to score each lead based on certain types of content they access and read. This helps us to qualify our leads when we convert them into our marketing funnel. The more quality leads that we send to sales, the more likely we are to get a final sale.
Like any new platform, setting up PathFactory can definitely be an overhaul. It takes time to adjust to the new experience and analytics. We also had to set up all of our 3rd party integration software, rules for forms, engagement scoring, and more; however, once you have it in place, the process goes quickly and becomes super easy moving forward. We have a customer success manager to guide us through everything which helps as well.
We are able to help potential buyers self-educate and make better purchase decisions faster by creating a better user experience that allows them to explore their interests. We are able to specialize tracks for the user and make them based on persona, topic, content type, and more. We can even use recommended tracks that feed the customer content that they typically enjoy.
PathFactory is great for B2B marketing and organization looking to interpret various pieces of content with high-performing analytics. It also provides a much better UX experience. It is less suited for those that do not lean on content marketing for lead generation efforts.
