Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

We use PathFactory for creating asset catalogues, the assets range from documents, videos, and more. The problem we had was to nurture the leads in the funnel journey, and PathFactory does the job well. For multiple personas and account-based marketing, PathFactory helps in creating journeys for the leads and helps in nurturing them from pre-funnel to funnel.

  • It is beneficial in cases of segmented targeting.
  • In the asset repository, it should have tagging options.
  • Can be little more user friendly in the channel view.
  • The real time analytics feature can be improved as well, from measurement perspective.
  • Pathfactory helps in keeping the leads engaged which tends to perform better from ROI perspective.

Again, with the help of the catalogue feature, it's easier to create journeys for prospective leads. Similarly, multiple other journeys can be created through PathFactory for account-based marketing, customer expansion, and prospect demand generation. Therefore, a connected story keeps the leads engaged which results in better marketing leads that can be passed on to the sales for further actions.
Setup was easy, but the integrations take some time, if you would like to integrate with salesforce then it becomes a little challenging. But yes, it was worth the wait, if the lead engagement from PathFactory is correctly syncing with the Customer Relationship Management software, the sales talks become easier as the sales know correctly which asset has been visited by the lead in the past.
Self-education is highly helpful when it comes to PathFactory, as the segmented lead journey helps you with the correct buyer engagement which acts as a catalyst in the purchase decisions. It is all about creating continuous touch points with the potential buyers to make them educated about the product and services you are offering.

Both customers, as well as prospect leads, can be engaged using the PathFactory journeys. Integrations is a very useful feature that helps you connect
PathFactory with other MarTech/Customer Relationship Management software such as Salesforce and more.
