Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We currently use Paychex Flex for our payroll and timekeeping across our whole organization. It allows us to record and manage timekeeping requirements.
- Timekeeping.
- Payroll processing.
- Reports are not always easy to customize and require interaction from time support. We used to have a dedicated representative now we have a "team" which is basically Paychex's way of maximizing employees. Their service is not what it used to be and whenever we ask for assistance in running reports etc, they come back with how to do it instead of doing it as asked. We pay for the premier service package and that service has gone downhill. I would like to start over and choose another service but making that switch is a nightmare.
- It has cut down on unauthorized absences.
- Proper time tracking.
- Proper payroll administration.
We have only used this product so no other comparisons to offer.
