GGI uses Paychex Flex to process payroll, we use the HR functions as well as workers comp & unemployment. Our HR department is very busy, Paychex Flex's products help us create more time for other important tasks.

Positively - I use quite a few custom reports but currently the Department Summary w/ Employee Detail is their strongest report.
In my opinion, ADP is much easier to use

Interconnectivity with other commonly used applications and scalability to your individual needs were points that found us increasingly attracted to Paychex as a solution. We are currently enjoying several interconnected services and it works perfectly. Everyone is on the same page and as an organization that relies on communication, teamwork and speed as a cornerstone of our success, all these services had significant positive impact for us. That said, the shadow is that we lack some diversity in service providers and it makes it more difficult to move to another service should our satisfaction or needs change in the future.

Around the holidays last year, I was tasked with administering a non-qualified earning code that carried special taxability in each state it would be offered. My contact sent an email at 3 AM, he had taken his dog for a walk and had an epiphany. Because of this and many other interactions I would consider this man a friend and a valued member of my organization.
