Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
I use Paychex Flex for immediate access to all payroll and tax reports, as needed. Additionally, our employees have the ability to create their own accounts for access to their individual reports.

Yes - Yes, the staff was aware and accountable. Issues were corrected quickly.
Their support is ALWAYS exceptional, therefore, one instance can't be isolated.
