Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom allowed me to add efficiencies into my daily tasks. There were a few bumps along the way but the dedicated customer support team was always there to help out and show me how to use the product to get the results I needed. Thanks Sharla!

They are all very similar. The personal touch is where Paycom excels and that is why we choose them.
Paycom can fit any size business and grasps the needs of a company fairly quickly. I have had great support from our dedicated support team and have never had to apologize for not knowing how something worked.

we do use paycom for our ACA and have not issues
Their customer support is really top notch, we have a dedicated team
We have not yet implemented the full HRIS system yet.

Using Paycom

225 - mangers, HR, all employees
1 - a person with payroll experience can easily support this product

I do believe that that Paycom does not offer enough configuration for us at this time.

Paycom is fairly intuitive but lacks customizable solutions.

They are not able to meet our current needs
They are very dependable and I have never experience any outages
It is a solid product and was out first payroll software that we have used

Relationship with Paycom

Great during the sales process but not after
We seemed to slip into a black hole and no one reached out to us and our support team would pass us back a forth.
Make sure that they have what you need NOW, if it is in development it may never come to fruition.
