Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is used as the benefits and payroll application for HR/Accounting and end users. This is for all FTEs across the org. It is the company's primary HCM tool.
  • Ease of use for end users.
  • Continuous improvement of application and UI/UX.
  • Real time updates from company administrators to end users.
  • Continue to refine mobile app.
  • Allow for removal of unused links/modules within web site and mobile app.
Unable to evaluate - no experience with Paycom support.

Paycom appears to be a viable option for many small to medium business. Scalability questions and continued need for application refinement may limit the appeal to large/global operations.
