Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Paycom is used across the entire company for benefits, PTO tracking, company information, reviews, etc. It is very user friendly and straightforward which makes the training process simple. Compared to our last vendor, Paycom is easier to use and you can find the information you need quicker. You are also able to view past reviews at a glance.

Pros and Cons

Paycom makes it easy to locate W2's and paystubs.
Paycom makes it simple to request time off and track PTO.
With Paycom, you can work on reviews and it will save your information so you can work on it a little bit at a time.

I wish there was a 'save login info' button so I didn't have to look up my password each time.

Return on Investment

Spend less time on 'admin' stuff and can spend more time doing our jobs.

Support Rating

The training and support have been great. I personally don't deal with the overall company support but I haven't had any issues when reaching out internally.

In the 3-4 years I have been using Paycom, I haven't run into any issues that would prevent me from recommending it. The ease of use is everything and helps to ensure employees are not wasting time on trying to figure out how to navigate through a site and can get back to their job.
