Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It manages timesheets, HR information, holiday, sick leave, and time away. Instead of using a bunch of different systems, we used Paycom and it brought it all together. Because the whole organization used it, we were all on the same page and it made getting answers to basic questions really easy. I could look up important information whenever, wherever, and that was empowering.

Pros and Cons

There is high availability for the app. Everyone has down times, but they were minimal with quick patches to avoid major disruptions.
By consolidating several functions into one platform, it let users intuitively find relevant information, without having to jump between systems.
The UI is easy to use. From the first time I used the app, I found it easy to navigate and figure out. Simple and effective.

I would like to see quicker response times during periods of high traffic. Not critical, but nice to have.

There were a couple down times, but not for long. The team seemed to be on it and our systems were back up in no time. When we would contact Paycom to let them know of an outage, they were on top of it and friendly. And when systems were back up, we received proper notifications.

Usability

Easy to use. From the first time I used it, I found the app very intuitive. There was basically no learning curve, and I was able to manage my time, vacation days, and view policies and forms. The mandated training was easy to knock out and as fun as can be, not very, but you get the idea.

I think Paycom is a good fit for most organizations. I'm not well versed in all their offerings or how it scales with the size of the organization, but that could be a scenario where it is not as suitable, probably at the extremes, very small companies and very large ones. Paycom handles everything in the middle very well, I know that from experience. I would need more info to know about other businesses.
