We use Paycom exclusively to run our payroll as well as manage HR functions. Paycom addresses the business problem of processing payroll on your own. They help you in the process by guiding through best practice as well as ensuring government compliance. Paycom is a true partner when it comes to HR and payroll processing and they take no liberties with your accounts of tax payments.

Alternatives Considered

We have used ADP in the past. We fired ADP to replace them with Paycom and have never looked back. Paycom does not become the payee of our employees and therefore is not autocratic on their agenda. Paycom is a true partner to us as they provide the tools and training to make us more successful.

Support Rating

I was asked by the client and very willing to assist. Paycom and its people have been wonderful as a vendor to us. We are very thankful to have the ability to use their system. Paycom will be our payroll vendor now and into the distant future as we do not see any way another vendor could replace them.

Usability

Paycom is very user friendly and easy to use. The employee portal is very valuable as all employees are able to login with very little support from the administrator. Paycom worked with us on implementation and added all of our initial information making the start up process very simple and intuitive.

Likelihood to Recommend

Paycom is well suited for any company that does not specialize in running payroll or studies compliance in tax contributions. Paycom is also very useful in that they provide the information and set the tax levels. The end user can confidently enter their data knowing that it will be processed correctly and they will be financially in compliance with the IRS.
