Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We are currently using Paycom across the entire organization for payroll, employee records, and training. We also utilize Paycom for employee onboarding as well as enrollment of benefits. Paycom addresses many problems with accurate timekeeping, payroll reporting, ACA compliance, training records, as well as accurate benefit deductions.

- Timekeeping is easy to utilize and very employee friendly.
- Paycom App is wonderful for employees and managers.
- Training records are kept accurately in employee's profile.
- Reporting is amazing and very versatile.
Cons
- PTO calendars that are easily printable by managers.
- Streamlined ability to add notes on hiring candidates profile.
- More time when starting to use Paycom to go through trainings, all trainings for all products done in a short timeframe and a great deal of information is lost because client is not ready to implement.
- Reduced administrative costs.
- Cut payroll processing from 6 hours to less than 30 min.
- Have had no payroll errors since implementation.
Paycom is more customizable. The main reason we selected Paycom was that all data flow through the different products and you do not have to spend large amounts of time re-entering data. It also keeps data accurate and up to date. The transparency to the employees was another great feature!
