Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is used by AMC for employee onboarding, coordination of benefits, payroll, and generating reports.

  • The placement of the Notification Center is very easy to miss
  • It would be beneficial if there were print outs for how to execute specific functions
  • With its Batch Edit function, I've been able to reconcile audits timely and efficiently.
Paycom's layout is easier to understand and for the most part intuitively follow

I find that Paycom is relatively easy to use for straightforward functions like adding employees and making employee changes, however, when it comes to the more advanced functions such as assigning supervisors and adding employees it's less intuitive.
