Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We do all payroll and HR on Paycom. Paycom makes it easy for our employees to manage their own taxes, see their pay, reviews, etc. Our open enrollment process works great and saves time, and is user-friendly. We are utilizing more of the programs Paycom provides, like exit interviews, to streamline and do reporting with this function.

No customer service. The wait was really long to get any questions answered. Reporting wasn't good or user-friendly.

Customer service is good, although there has been a lot of our reps have been changed. It is user-friendly for our employees. Employee changes just got updated, but now we have to key in employees' names several times to get them to change. Our employees have benefited from this program, so they are able to check for changes on their timecards or make tax changes if needed.

Support and Self-Service

We replaced our open enrollment with Paycom, and it has saved time and made it easier for our employees.
I called in and always got an answer right away from a live person. I never had to leave a message.
Management can look up their own employee's information instead of calling HR all the time. I will be teaching them more as we go along.

Using Paycom

496 - All employees use Paycom. All hourly employees have to clock in and out. Salaried employees still have to enter any time off. HR uses it the most.
4 - We have 4 in HR that utilize Paycom, and we also have our IT department for any problems we have had internally.

I like using Paycom, but there is still a lot for me to learn about the system and all its utilizations of it. But we are progressing and moving forward with a lot of the functions it provides.

Evaluating Paycom and Competitors

Yes - ADP had awful customer service. Reporting was bad and had tax issues also.

Our HR manager at the time had used Paycom at her previous job, so she pushed for us to get it.
I think I would again choose Paycom but would ask more in-depth questions on what it can and cannot do.
