Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom has been our payroll processing company for nearly 18 years. They seamlessly process our semi-monthly and monthly payrolls as well as regularly remit the necessary payroll taxes on our behalf.
  • New employee set up.
  • Semi-monthly and monthly payroll processing.
  • Year-end tax reporting.
  • We've had several account specialists over the years.
  • I find the new website is less user friendly than before it was updated.
  • Easier report writing.
  • Utilizing Paycom saves time processing payroll each month.
We have always been extremely happy with the service we have received from Paycom and have never felt it necessary to research alternate vendors.

Overall I have been extremely pleased with the high level of service we have received from Paycom over the years. Questions are answered promptly and, if necessary, researched and responded to within hours. It is nice to have a vendor we can count on to be reliable to submit the necessary payroll taxes as well as track 401(k) contributions and limits, etc.
