Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom as a full service HRIS system, for all of our compliance and payroll needs. Recently Paycom ran an updated - calling it an "enhancement". Prior to the enhancement we had no issues, Paycom was great for our compliance needs and payroll. Now it is awful. The enhancement actually removed some of our compliance information and our representative at Paycom doesn't even know why it happened. Currently, Paycom is not addressing any issues, it is only creating issues.
- It is taking us longer to process tasks - costing more time
- We are losing time in our days dealing with searching for information that used to be easily accessed
- We are now spending money researching changing systems from Paycom
As of today, Paycom is the worst of all systems I have worked with.
