Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom for the following: Human Resources (HRIS) Daily use Benefits management and enrollment (Open enrollment and new hire benefits enrollment- monthly) Performance Management (Use to address disciplinary action, Performance reviews, Exit interviews, surveys) Notification system - use for notification ticker in-app) Paycom app (Employees use to clock in and out, request PTO, onboard, complete documents, set up direct deposit, and more!) Time Management (Clocking in and out, time card approvals, etc.) Attendance tracking Payroll processing Paid time off management Reporting.

Highly recommend. Paycom is awesome for companies that have hourly employees that need to clock in and out and need an app. Paycom is awesome for companies that are smaller and want to own payroll. Paycom files all of our taxes and provides tax documents at the end of the year. Need a wide range of reports? Create your own reports. Paycom is awesome! Paycom is easy to use for end-user and administrators. Easy setup; I didn't have to do much on my end. They did it all.
