Paycom is used daily in our business by both employees and managers. The program is user friendly and our employees are able to navigate the portal easily. Any problems we run into are quickly handled by customer support. Overall the program works well for our company and meets all of our needs.

Paycom has a much better user interface and is easier for employees to navigate. Employees are able to take ownership of their personal information and ensure their contact information is kept up to date. The program is easier for managers to navigate and saves time by allowing managers to complete tasks from any platform.
