Paycom is used for Talent Acquisition, Performance Reviews, Timesheets, Scheduling, and Payroll. Any minor issues that may come up are addressed quickly by our Client Representative.
- Payroll & Payroll Reporting.
- Talent Acquisition, posting jobs and finding candidates.
- Performance Reviews with goals and competencies.
- Make it a requirement that candidates ask all of the application questions before being able to apply.
- Include the Supervisor's name in the Performance Review.
- Allow access to view pay class set up or the earnings details, more view availability.
- Cut payroll process down by 2 days.
- Eliminated job posting fees or paying for search agencies.
- Ability to assist with writing performance reviews - has templates.
ADP - The payroll feature is much better with Paycom!!! Kronos - scheduling and payroll feature is more efficient with Paycom.
