Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
For me, PayCom and their agents are a God Send!! The agents are always helpful, know what I'm going through and are able to walk me through resolutions without me feeling like a crazy person. I know I may sound that way when I first call in, but they are like my therapists, and I can breathe a sigh of relief after I talk with them. Now, this doesn't often happen because I've learned a lot about PayCom over the past couple of years. But when it does, it's earth-shattering for me. LOL.
- Explaining to me in layman's terms.
- Always knowing how to find an answer even if they don't know it right off the top of their head.
- Helping me think through the options of resolution.
- Recently, I've gone through a change of representation and that person was not available for the last 2 weeks ....but there was someone checking her emails so that is good!
- Returning my phone calls or emails when someone other than my representative is helping with a problem.
- I've not really had any bad issues where PayCom could improve ... just a few recent snafus's with the change of representative.
- Either it doesn't have these things or I've not been advised of them.
- I keep trying to play in PayCom, but sometimes my time si limited to really figure out some of its features.
- Enterprise eTIME and by ADP
Well, I didn't have the customer support that PayCom provides for me.
