Ability to allocate resources for accounting purposes.

layout of the new home screen is confusing.

Ability to add new manager isn't easy.
Position management system is a little confusing to use.

The Paycom system has tremendous capabilities. There are many functions that can be added if a company has a need to utilize that component. The system will work well for small companies to large companies and can be customized to meet the company's needs.

Paycom is a very robust system.
