Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom helps us tremendously with day to day employee management and payroll. It helps us make sure we are compliant with anything related to HR, helps onboard new employees, and helps us get our employees paid weekly. Paycom is user friendly once you get everything set up to your company's standards.
- Time & Attendance - we like that Paycom lets employees verify their own time card and clock in and out from their phones
- Onboarding - online onboarding is much easier with Paycom
- Employees manage their own data, so less company risk
- When they do updates, sometimes there are bugs in the system
- Seems like there is more employee turnover, I always have a new specialist
- Saved time
- Reduced admin costs
- Less user error
