Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is used at our company for timecard input, vacation/sick time requests/approvals/tracking, and payroll processing.
- Paycom's user interface is extremely easy for me to navigate
- Paycom's system does not require too many steps to perform an action
- Paycom also allows for direct benefits enrollment vs. using a different system or a website
- I think they could improve the format of the paychecks. They're pretty basic which usually is a good thing, but I personally don't prefer it and I don't like the check images being on a separate page. Being a mortgage underwriter, I think the plainness of the paystubs appears like someone could have just typed it up themselves.
- Because it's so easy to input timecard data or request time off, it allows me as an employee to continue to focus more on my job duties than taking a long time within our payroll system.
- ADP Resource (Discontinued) and ADP Enterprise HR
I've used ADP and I don't recall what other programs in the past, but Paycom is just so simple to use, has a layout that is easy to navigate and isn't cluttered, and has so many solutions in one system. I enjoy using it and I've always dreaded logging into other systems in the past to try to remember how to even do anything.
