Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Paycor is being used by our organization as a whole. It helps to streamline our business.
- The paperless onboarding is a great feature and stores I-9 information as well as employee documents. It allows employees to easily access their personal information.
- Paycor is easy to navigate. I like being able to open several sections of Paycor in new tabs if needed.
- The customer service for Paycor could improve. It takes days to get questions answered and you are handed off to several people just to hear that they do not have the answer and they will get back to you. More times than not you have to reach out to them again to get the question answered.
- Implementation was awful. Paycor individuals were [able] to fix one problem and while fixing that issue they would see something else and "fix" it without consulting with us. This "fix" would delete out days of work and would later have to be addressed and reverted. We would lose a day's worth of work and have to re-do things. It took more than 4 month to get our Paycor working correctly.
- Paycor representatives do not seem to communicate accurately with each other. There is some type of communication barrier. We received a phone call about deactivating our 401K because a note was left from a representative at Paycor for another representative. A conversation asking for this to be deleted never occurred.
- As a Paycor user, you do not necessarily feel important or taken seriously when addressing issues with Paycor.
- Paycor has helped our company become more paperless.
- Paycor has had a positive impact on administrative duties. It has helped relieve the workload.
- QuickBooks
We had been using QuickBooks for years. The overall cost and onboarding option assisted in our decision to cross over to Paycor.
Paycor Feature Ratings
Paycor Implementation
- Vendor implemented
Change management was minimal
- Paycor reps would finally make the changes we needed only to "fix" them back to default later. Causing loss of work and irriation.
- The entire implementation process was full of hiccups.
Paycor Support
Pros | Cons |
---|---|
Quick Resolution Good followup Knowledgeable team | Problems left unsolved Not kept informed Escalation required Difficult to get immediate help Need to explain problems multiple times Support doesn't seem to care Slow Initial Response |
No - Support should be included. I should not have to pay to have my account paid attention to and to receive timely answers.
Yes - We were being charged for the E-Verify of onboarding for employees that were rehired and already verified on E-Verify. It took a few days.
