Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Disappointed with their customer service and that the system is not as flexible as it was presented to us.
- Shows time in hours & minutes, not as % of an hour.
- Leave requests are super simple.
- ACA reporting that we've seen so far.

We selected Paycor based on the information given about their robust reports and ease of use. So far, we have not seen either of these benefits. Their implementation department was slow and we had to repeatedly explain our needs & sent them information they requested multiple times. All the workarounds we were told they could provide did not come to fruition. Very disappointed in this product.

- Difference of philosophies. We were more concerned with accuracy and detail and work on toward a higher scale of excellence than they were.
