Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use Paycor across our whole company in a number of different ways. In our stores, we use the LMS system a lot for training our employees. I think the biggest thing it does is streamline processes from onboarding to performance reviews.
- Ease of use.
- Listens to clients about what needs updating.
- Is always coming up with new ways to make things easier.
- When they do updates I would like more warning.
- Customer service since Covid has been harder to deal with.
- Increased efficiency.
- Improved employee experience.
- Minimized compliance risks.
Not sure. - I don't think I've actually calculated the amount of time it has saved me but I can tell you it's a lot. I no longer have to make multiple phone calls to employees when I need information from them. A good example of this is we keep track of managers' car insurance and driver licenses in the system, and whenever one of them is expired, it automatically sends a task reminder to them to get us the info.
It is sooo much better than the last two companies we use, especially when it comes to reporting. That is why we left our last company. It's also nice to have everything on one platform. Makes for seamless a process from one area to the next.
