Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor as our HR administration and for our employees to use. It allows us to communicate with our employees and for them to access their information from home.

  • Allows our EE's to access their information from anywhere.
  • User-friendly
  • Online training for management.
  • COVID changed the customer service. They're working to improve it.
  • Time & attendance reporting isn't the easiest to use.
  • Employees without a business or personal email aren't able to register for Paycor.
  • Improved EE experience and information.
  • Allows us to communicate with EEs.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved over 50 hours per month. - We're able to scan/attach documents that before we've had to file, in a locked room. Now we're working on eliminating that file room because Paycor allows us to retain that information.
It's been very easy to learn how to use this and there are so many trainings you can do on your own time.
Ease of use, employee self-service, and online training that's offered. Paycor listens to their customers! Reporting is very easy to use as well.
They listen to their customer's suggestions and ideas! It's amazing to offer an idea and they ask questions and listen to my suggestions. Paycor has a "Give Feedback" section that you can put your ideas and suggestions on.

Evaluating Paycor and Competitors

Yes - ADP, we weren't having very good customer service or employee feedback when using ADP. We tried discussing this with our account manager at ADP, but there was no resolution to our service, so we then decided to start looking at other payroll companies and found Paycor and have been happy ever since!

Ease of use for the employee experience and ease of use for Managers or Supervisors was very important to us when making this decision. We did several previews of other payroll providers and Paycor offered a lot of what we were looking for. We did have a preview of several different payroll providers.
I don't think we'd change anything. We are happy with our decision to chose Paycor.
