Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We utilize Paycor for all our HRIS needs. We have engaged every module in the employee life cycle from Recruitment to Performance Management to Separation. We have all employee files stored digitally using their Documents section. We also use their payroll, garnishment processing, and tax services as our Third-Party Provider.

  • Cannot provide point in time reporting
  • PTO module is extremely confusing for users
  • Customer service lacking particularly during and after covid
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - We gained some efficiencies with moving to Paycor for payroll processing. The interface is user friendly.
Some modules like viewing compensation history and pay stubs are great. Modules like Paid Time Off is extremely difficult to use.
Paycor's sales pitch lured our decision makers over Paycom. They promised experts in the industry which ultimately was not delivered.
Paycor is great for a smaller company of employees who only work one job. It does not work well for larger companies particularly in the restaurant/service industry.
