Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Payroll processing, onboarding, general employee management. With employees in 13 states and working out of 4 locations it makes it easy to manage and sort.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved over 50 hours per month. - Over the past 5 years we have been able to absorb the workload of 2 people when they left the company because of the increased functionality with Paycor.
It is very user friendly and somewhat idiot proof.
Better than ADP and Paychex, allowed for a much more comprehensive product.
Valuable asset, easy to use and easy to train on. The reporting features are comprehensive and provide very valuable information. Unfortunately, the company has moved away from an assigned customer service rep model which has decreased the responsiveness, in my opinion.
