Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We implemented Paycor about two and a half years ago and it has made my work easier to manage. I love the flexibility of the system. Previously all of our employee information was in multiple systems and now we have it in one. I appreciate that Paycor takes user feedback to continue to build a stronger product.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 25-50 hours per month. - Our performance review was previously done via Word document. After moving from the Word document to the electronic HR, managers and employees were able to save time on this process.
It’s easy to use and intuitive
Paycor is user-friendly and intuitive - we don’t have to spend a lot of time training our employees because they are able to figure it out. It’s well suited for performance management using talent development tools. Easy to build your organization objectives and performance management process.
