Paycor is used for onboarding, payroll, and taxes. We also use it for time off requests and tracking.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - We have gained time with our time off requests and onboarding processes because we utilize the employee-driven data input of those features. I have lost time with uploading our payroll data into QuickBooks because I have not had a response from my ask to have certain data broken down by our Org Chart such as payroll taxes and deductions. I have to run multiple reports and manually calculate the data categories to produce a file to import - this has increased time spent on payroll by 4-6 hours per month for a company of 30 employees.
Paycor is a very comprehensive product and you have to be well trained and experienced to gain an efficient process for using it.
Paycor has a better-integrated HR and payroll feature. Paycor also provides better customer service and HR resources.
Paycor has made our onboarding streamlined where all the employee data is entered and saved and feeds directly into our payroll process. Paycor handles all of the Tax Calculating and payments - this frees up tremendous time for a small business and brings reassurance that we are compliant.
