Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use it for our payroll software and as ATS.
- Easy to use
- Pretty good list of standard reports
- It has been running really slow lately. Not sure if it has anything to do with updates
- Too many updates, not as user friendly to navigate.

- It was great when we had one company and smaller number of employees, but as our company grew, Paycor didn't fit our needs as efficiently as we had hoped for. Platform was slower and it was cumbersome to go from one company to another when approving timecards.
Our HR and/or payroll team has not had any measurable time savings. - We previously used ADP prior to coming to Paycor. I think the time spent on payroll system was about the same, but I feel that I'm spending more time on payroll side of things as there is a significant lag on the website.
ADP does have better tools than Paycor, but I think Paycor is easier to use than ADP for smaller company size.
