Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Our company uses Paylocity for all onboarding, time & attendance, HR, payroll, and health & benefits administration. We moved from another national payroll processing company earlier this year and have been very pleased with the decision to change. The interface is user friendly and the reporting ability saves so much time and research.

These automation tools are helpful, but not ones that we use all of the time due to how our employees are reviewed/managed.
We have only been using Paylocity for roughly 7 months, so there has not been enough time to determine the impact of these tools that we have seen.
- Paychex Flex and Paycom
Paychex was the company we switched from due to poor customer service and errors in payroll. Paycom was one of the companies we considered, but they were much more expense than Paylocity and didn't meet our needs as well.
