Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for all payroll processes including recruiting, onboarding, Time & Labor and payroll processing

Paylocity has allowed to reduce the number of software platforms we use for processing Payroll and Expense Reimbursements procedures. The Expense platform merges nicely into Payroll and has cut down on that processing time. It's also nice to be able to post jobs and recruit from one area and navigate the potential candidates in one great platform.
We don't consistently use the community feature.
Paylocity is very user friendly and seems to have more appealing visual effect. However, Paylocity lack in the PTO benefit tracking. It would be nice if they could develop the ability to calculate future balances so employees have a better scope of where their balances will be at year end.
