Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity helps us streamline multiple payroll and HR functions. I enjoy using the platform for most of our business needs. We process payroll via Paylocity, recruit, onboard, manage salary and performance, send surveys, and more via Paylocity!
  • Streamline recruiting processes
  • Provide data insights
  • Increase payroll efficiency
  • PEAK isn't always the best resource for answering questions. I'd prefer having a live representative and/or demo.
  • Some features require usage regularly because they are not user-friendly. It's not simple to figure things out on your own.
  • Created better processes
  • Showcased detailed and efficient reports
  • Not responsive/helpful with issues/concerns
It has helped dramatically improves time to hire/onboard.
Surveys has provided valuable insights into key information that would better help the organization expand.

Well suited - For those who are connoisseurs in payroll, tax law, etc.
Less appropriate - For HR beginners, or those less versed in HRIS systems.

It can be an extremely robust system. In order to use it to it's full potential, Paylocity can do more to teach and show their users versus pointing them to an article. Sometime the articles are outdated or simply don't help.
