Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use Paylocity in my role processing payroll. We are relatively new to Paylocity within the last 6 months. I truly believe it has a lot of great options for us. Support people have been amazing, where the ball has been dropped is with our account representative and communication. The conference has been great and we are learning a lot of new things so we are hopeful that things will be followed up with action from our representative.
