Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity in my role processing payroll. We are relatively new to Paylocity within the last 6 months. I truly believe it has a lot of great options for us. Support people have been amazing, where the ball has been dropped is with our account representative and communication. The conference has been great and we are learning a lot of new things so we are hopeful that things will be followed up with action from our representative.

The platform is great. I think once we are fully trained and have a "go-to" person that will actually communicate with us we will be great. The biggest issue has been the communication. We've switched to a new system 6 months ago and have been floundering on our own since.
