Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity is our HRSM. We use it for recruiting, onboarding, personnel files, payroll, reporting, tax filing, and communication.
- Security of employee's information and personnel files.
- Workflow during onboarding.
- Organization of payroll.
- Listening to clients when there are issues and concerns.
- Customer Service.
- Time and Labor.
- Payroll integration.
- Reporting and Analytics.
- Negative - time consuming - manual entry or individual changes.
- Positive - payroll automation; however, a negative is all hours don't transfer to payroll on time.
- Positive - personnel files are organized and we have the ability to upload documents.
- Negative - time and labor - needs an upgrade - quicker punch in and better scheduling with shift swap being available.
It is needed.
The community needs better organization.

No. I am not sure that option is available. If it is, Paylocity hasn't done a great job in selling it!
They have assigned an Enterprise Customer Manager, as well as a Regional Sales Manager, to assist with the Service issue and the mis-implementation. They have recognized that we are a large company and need more assistance than what was originally provided.
