Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity full cycle. From recruitment, onboarding, HR & Payroll, Time & Labor, Performance Management, Compensation, Training, and Reporting. It has been a huge resource for our company at first underutilized due to lack of knowledge. But that is now being changed due to a change of our Account Manager to a more experienced representative who is more capable of supporting our needs.

  • Knowledge Base that is growing.
  • Support Options in different formats.
  • Updated options.
  • Beta testing environments.
  • In person training options.
  • More ability to see details from mobile application.
  • Options to have a preset template as a default to new customers versus building from scratch.
  • Improved flow of candidates for new hires.
  • Streamline integration with background checks.
  • Benefit Management System Integrations.
  • Pain Point is our 401K has not been set up properly and fallen through the cracks due to a poor account manager and poor follow through. A service we had been paying for more than three years...
Overall it has been a full integration that affects the daily flow of our total business model. Every aspect is tied into Paylocity in one facet or another. Tracking, payroll, budgets, performance, attendance, and reviews, and each segment is linked in our Paylocity system. It has been a reliable system, and as we learn the full extent of the abilities that it can still off our business, we will lean more on the data we can house in the system.
We have been able to use the Community as a haven to offer positive feedback. Announce important items to employees. As well as gain feedback necessary to improve the relations of our culture. We strive to improve diversity, inclusion, and equity every day, and this platform has allowed us to build upon that growth.

Payroll and Time card management Paylocity is a great tool - when it has been set up properly from the beginning. But when it has not, it can be a bit of a nightmare to iron out, as was our case. It had taken quite a few people, time, and a change of an Account Manager to accomplish these tasks in full. But now we are on the proper path to raising this score higher.

Human Resources for staffing, reporting, payroll, legal needs, audits
Quality for Reporting, Job tracking, analytics, audits. Accounting for financial and reimbursement needs. Operations for production scheduling and customer job tracking.



5 - Detail orientation, analytical, multitasking, forward thinking. You need someone who pays attention to the tasks at hand because there are so many options you can get lost in the different menus of Paylocity if you are not paying attention. You could be in another employees file if you did not realize where you were at some point in time as well.
