Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for the majority of services they offer: payroll, onboarding, and benefits. I use to love Paylocity, but the service and tax information seems to be lacking in the last few years. Customer Service is the most important and needs to be revamped. One call resolutions need to be a goal.

Employees and recruiters like it. As an employee, I love the app....easy to use
Surveys work great, we use them a lot for staffing.
Currently doing research for a replacement system. We just need something that offers for a larger company.

If used for a smaller company that works within 1-2 states, great system. We seem to be outgrowing it the system currently and are now in 14 states.
