Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for payroll and HRIS. We also use various modules such as Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Performance, and Time & Labor. It keeps all of the data in one system and helps minimize the "double entry" into multiple systems.

- The performance reviews are a little difficult (not intuitive) for my managers.
- I would like to see the Community feed on the home page of the Self-Service portal.
- It would be great to have a test environment I could use to create my own training videos without showing sensitive employee data.
- Time savings - easy for employees to view or change information.
- Time savings - GL report and other reports that are readily available.
- More accurate time off tracking reduces errors.
- We are currently working on adding Benefits Enhanced, so I assume that will result in additional time savings on new enrollments.
Processing payroll has gone from a full day event to about an hour. I definitely have more time for strategic planning.
We are still trying to get employees to use these tools. When we first rolled out Impressions, we had some engagement, but it has slowed down since then. We just added some Groups in Community and plan to start using videos in our communications in the next 6 months or so. I hope that will drive additional engagement.
I have implemented Paylocity at two companies. One was using Paychex, and the other was using ADP. Paylocity is more intuitive, complete, and robust. Additionally, Paylocity offers webinars and conferences to learn more about their products as well as relevant HR topics. The reporting is way better in Paylocity, with the many standard reports and the ability to create your own.

1 - Supporting Paylocity is pretty easy. The most common thing I have to do is help people get logged in when they forget their password. We have put SSO into place to reduce this type of error.
