Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I have implemented the Paylocity platform with two of my former employers and as well as with multiple consulting clients. I love that Paylocity uses its own system and constantly looks for ways to innovate and improve. The functionality for the cost is outstanding compared to other payroll/HRIS platforms. They allow for many integrations and open API as well. The biggest benefit for me as an HR professional is that it is very user-friendly for my supervisors and employees. I've worked with larger platforms that have a lot of bells and whistles, but customizing them is a nightmare and usually costs time, money, and resources that small to midsize businesses don't have. Having an intuitive system that can be customized as little or as much as you want is a WIN for me. Their implementation process is very well outlined and goes very smoothly if you have your process in place as an organization.
