Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as our HRIS system to include almost all modules. It is great from onboarding to daily management of employees' information, benefits, etc.
Pros

Cons
- Direct Deposit setup can be confusing for employees if they have multiple accounts and need to change/update.
- Onboarding is missing the default hours block. We have to manually update when moved over to payroll
- Onboarding is missing the OT exemption option
- Reduced errors due to consistent process
- Lowers time requirements for staff via onboarding
- Good Data Insights
I do not manage the Payroll portion
We use Community and Surveys often, but as a company we (not Paylocity) have to continue to improve our communications with employees.
Paylocity is much easier to use and provides better support.
