Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We utilize Paylocity as our HRIS solution. We use the onboarding, benefits, Time & Labor, HR & Payroll and Performance Tracking modules. We are able to direct employees to their employee self-service portals to make adjustments to their tax and direct deposit setups, as well as obtaining check stubs or tax forms, which cuts down on requests we would need to handle. The benefits and time tracking feed directly into the payroll system so there is no need to manually input or upload data. It's very convenient to have everything in one place.

The time tracking piece feeds directly into the payroll module, so we do not have to spend time manipulating and importing data. Employees and managers can submit and approve time off requests in the system, which pull into the corresponding payroll batches. The payroll system prorates days paid for salaried new hires and terminations, as well as salary adjustments.
The community tool is a convenient place to post company wide notifications so all employees receive the same information in one place. Peer Recognition (Impressions) keep employees engaged and provide a positive impact to morale; employees feel appreciated. Surveys are convenient for collecting data discreetly to ensure all employees are heard.

Paylocity is a good tool for a large company utilizing a couple of company IDs. It doesn't seem to integrate from an admin level to be able to use specific Payroll or HR views on all company IDs at one time, you need to log into an individual company ID in order to view. Reports built under one company ID do not replicate to the other company IDs, so you have to build them multiple times.
