Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for payroll, benefits, performance, surveys, and onboarding. It's a one-stop spot for our HRIS system.
- Reporting capabilities
- Customer Service - We've had multiple open issues for months with no resolutions and now no dedicated service team.
- Allow better impersonation of employees
- Allow admins more capabilities for making changes - like security/access levels versus having to put in a ticket
- We've had to spend more time following up with Paylocity than we should. Our own productivity has therefore decreased in our daily jobs having to stay on top of things.
Can't think of anything that ties back to automating our processes other than being able to customize the onboarding piece and load up our own policies, etc. for sign off.
We use surveys to collect feedback. This has been very useful to gather information in a private manner from employees and roll it out to senior leadership.
