- Pay Entry Too many pages. List all employees on one page.
- Pay Entry remove asterisks and allow entry from Quick Pay
- PTO benefit accruals easier set up and management
- On Demand Pay is a great service to retain or attract employees
- Trying to get state tax forms updated for new version has been troublesome
- Reports formatting (merged) or downloading to excel in text format. Need to reformat before data can be used in formulas.
- Time & Labor reporting format is horrible. Extra columns and titles do not line up with correct columns (Non work hours, time cards)
Workflows and Events are a timesaving addition to collect documents. Fillable Forms needs work.
I prefer Paylocity that allows me customize my software.
