  • Pay Entry remove asterisks and allow entry from Quick Pay
  • PTO benefit accruals easier set up and management
  • On Demand Pay is a great service to retain or attract employees
  • Trying to get state tax forms updated for new version has been troublesome
  • Reports formatting (merged) or downloading to excel in text format. Need to reformat before data can be used in formulas.
  • Time & Labor reporting format is horrible. Extra columns and titles do not line up with correct columns (Non work hours, time cards)
Workflows and Events are a timesaving addition to collect documents. Fillable Forms needs work.
I prefer Paylocity that allows me customize my software.

Self Service Portal. The little "more" links should be expanded. Many employees cannot find where to update their direct deposit or taxes.

PTO requests made in advance should "reserve" time at time of request, or remind employee of outstanding request.

PTO set up needs more options instead of just months of service. Also have an option to follow anniversary date and stop at predetermined balance. Instead of calendar date. Example Employee hired in November, and receives 2.67 hours per pay period until they reach the 1st year limit of 40.05 (15 pay periods). Stop the accrual when 40.05 is reached in the anniversary year, not calendar year. Calendar year will only calculate what is earned in current year, and the prior year also.
