Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I was recently involved with implementing Onboarding thru Paylocity at our Company. I found the platform to be very user-friendly and help was always available thru a phone call or email. I have never set-up this type of system and continue to be impressed with the scope of work we can do in Paylocity. The recent Elevate Conference was a tremendous resource for learning and improving on the practices we have already implemented. We are looking forward to implementing more and more Paylocity features in our company. We are opening a new location in upcoming months and will add another 50-60 employees in another state. Paylocity will make it possible for us to have efficient, effective onboarding and seamless record keeping. Looking forward to learning and implementing more and more tools in Paylocity.

- The webinars provided in Elevate Conference would have been SO beneficial when I was just getting started a year ago. A comprehensive training packet for newbies would be valuable.

Paylocity has freed up hours of our time that used to be spent onboarding new Team Members. We can now have each new hire complete most of the process before meeting with us. It has also made each part of onboarding more accurate.
We are not yet using this feature, but look forward to the benefits in the future.
