Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We sought a single solution to house "everything HR". If we could automate it, we wanted it under one umbrella. Many systems say they can do it, but most can't. They'll be good at a few things, but not everything. After years of shopping, I finally found it in Paylocity. It's like finding "HCM Zen". Seriously.
- Integrates all HR functions - it all works together seamlessly
- Cloud functionality and works on all devices - everyone can use it everywhere
- Security - we don't get hacked. It's the most secure system in the company.
- Automation - they allow us to automate every aspect of our processes
- LMS - It's "fine"...it works fine, but it can be improved.
- The UI has come a long way...it was a little simple.
- Positive - saved HR 50% of its time due to streamlining Admin functions. Period.
- Positive - saved managers at least 10% of their total time by reducing admin functions (they can manage people through phones)
- Positive - reduced payroll FTE by 1.5 in first 3 months due to automation
Paylocity allowed us to automate the heck out of everything. If we find something that hasn't been automated, we find a way to automate it. Paylocity allows us to figure out how to automate, connect, and engage systems, processes, and people. They are also very responsive to our needs to help us do it.
Amazing. We integrate all these tools. Surveys allow us to engage with employees through messaging, brief surveys, and other interactions. Videos are used to share information with candidates about the job and company. Community allows employees to connect and share with each other, thereby increasing inclusion and engagement with each other.
Paylocity is awesome...that's why I have it. End of story.
