Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as our HRIS. Paylocity helps us manage Payroll, benefits, HR, recruiting, and some TPA programs.
- Payroll is easy and well integrated with Time and Labor.
- The support staff is exemplary; probably the best I have ever worked with.
- Paylocity is proactive in addressing issues of law and the marketplace. They are constantly evolving to meet the current needs of its customers.
- The HRA/FSA TPA service is not very user friendly. This is the only Paylocity product we have dropped.
- Sometimes there are several steps to get something done; for example, tax changes have to go to my account rep, who sends it to the tax department that makes the change, and the tax department reports back to my account rep when the change has been made, and the rep, in turn, advises me. It would be easier to go straight to the tax department.
- It would be helpful to be able to archive old Events so that it is easier to see which Events are currently being used.
- Streamlined Payroll and HR functions.
- Provided exceptional value for the money.
They have freed up HR resources to work in more critical areas, such as talent acquisition.
We do not currently use.
Our experience with APD was a mass of platforms that did not communicate with each other well, and ADP was much more expensive. There is no comparison between our experience with ADP and Paylocity. Paylocity offers compatibility with exceptional value.
