I can answer a c suite question typically in a minute with data insights and not having to run reports I love the ability to create my own screen as well . And impressions and community has really helped our hybrid workplace engagement over the last 2 years as we are no longer seeing each other as much.
Community allows people to build groups, I wish more people used it. I like that announcements go to email so they can see it in their inbox. I like the birthdays and anniversaries in community allows people to comment and I like we can use it for polls which has becocme a part of our culture on Fridays
When I first got here they used ADP Workforce. I immediately started looking for a more practical tool and one that didn't cost $80k a year for no customer service in return. Outside of that? I have not used anything else in the last 7 years.
