Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use it for our semi-monthly payroll as well as for tax issues and assistance with special programs such as PPP during the pandemic.

Have not tried these yet!
When I have had the time to review they’ve been very helpful in explaining more of Paylocity’s robustness. I need to do that more often to see how else it may help our productivity.

We have a fairly standard payroll setup so it is extremely quick and easy to run payroll. On the occasions I have an out-of-ordinary issue with a certain payroll their customer service expediently answers my question, offers to walk me through it, or pushes it through themselves to save me time.
